आज हम ब्लॉग में जानने वाले हैं कि चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट कैसे बनते हैं इसका क्या तरीका है। तो आगे बढ़ने से पहले हम सीए कोर्स के बारे में थोड़ी जानकारी ले लेते हैं;
जैसा कि लोग कहते हैं सीए कॉमर्स की दुनिया का सबसे कठिन कोर्स है लेकिन यह बहुत कम खर्च में हो जाने वाला कोर्स भी है क्योंकि सीए कोर्स करने के लिए हमें उतनी फीस नहीं चुकानी पड़ती है जितनी अन्य डिग्री के लिए देनी पड़ती है। और सीए के साथ हम 2 साल की एक ट्रेनिंग भी कर लेते हैं, जिसमें हमें थोड़ी कमाई भी हो जाती है। अगर सीए की कुल फीस और सीए की अवधि में होने वाली कमाई को देखे तो जितनी हम फीस देते हैं उससे ज्यादा हमारी कमाई निकल कर आती है इसलिए यह बहुत सस्ता कोर्स माना जाता है।
और अगर बात की जाए सम्मान की तो यह बहुत ही सम्मानित करियर माना जाता है। यह एक ऐसा करियर है जिसमें आप अगर कॉमर्स बैकग्राउंड से नहीं हैं तब भी आप यह कोर्स कर सकते हैं । और सबसे अच्छी बात इसमें आरक्षण नहीं है इसमें आपकी मेहनत चाहिए होती है बस फिर सब आसान हो जाता है ।सीए बिजनेस के क्षेत्र में एक MBBS डॉक्टर का स्थान रखते हैं ।सीए बनने के बाद समाज में एक अलग ही लेवल पर सम्मान मिलता है। और सीए बनने के बाद इसकी सैलरी की बात करें तो सैलरी भी अच्छी खासी मिलती है। सीए बन जाने के बाद आप सरकारी नौकरी भी कर सकते हैं, वहा भी आपको आसानी से नौकरी मिल जाती है वो भी अच्छी सैलरी के साथ ।

So before moving forward, let us get some information about the CA course; As people say, CA is the most difficult course in the world of commerce, but it is also a course that can be completed at very low cost because we do not have to pay as much fees to do the CA course as we have to pay for other degrees. And with CA, we also do a 2-year training, in which we also earn a little. If we look at the total fees of CA and the earnings during the period of CA, then our earnings come out to be more than the fees we pay, so it is considered a very cheap course. And if we talk about respect, then it is considered a very respectable career. This is such a career in which you can do this course even if you are not from a commerce background. And the best thing is that there is no reservation in it, it just requires your hard work and then everything becomes easy. CA holds the position of an MBBS doctor in the field of business. After becoming a CA, one gets respect at a different level in the society. And if we talk about the salary after becoming a CA, then the salary is also quite good. After becoming a CA, you can also do a government job, there also you get a job easily that too with a good salary. .. CA बनने के लिए क्या पढ़े-
अब आइये जानते हैं सीए बनने का प्रोसेस क्या है कहां से स्टार्ट करें —-
सीए बनने के लिए सबसे पहले आपको 10th पासआउट होना चाहिए क्योंकि हाइस्कूल के बाद ही आप सीए कॉर्स में रजिस्टर कर सकते हैं और अपनी तैयारी शुरू कर सकते हैं ।
सीए एग्जाम के तीन stages होते है –——
1. सीए फाउंडेशन (सीए सीपीटी)
2. सीए इंटरमीडिएट (आईपीसीसी)3. सीए फाइनल एग्जाम
आइए एक एक करके जानते हैं इन सब के बारे में स्टेप बाय स्टेप ––····––
1. सीए फाउंडेशन :____
सबसे पहले आपको सीए फाउंडेशन का एग्जाम देना होता हैं इसके लिए आप या तो 12th का एग्जाम दे चुके हो या देने वाले हो आप इसमें रजिस्ट्रेशन कर सकते हो । 50% मार्क्स होने चाहिए आपके 12th में तभी आप eilible होगे । इसमें कुल चार पेपर्स (सब्जेक्ट्स ) अकाउंटिंग, बिजनेस लॉज, मैथ्स–स्टैट–एलआर और बिजनेस इकोनॉमिक्स होते हैं जिन्हें पढ़ के आप एग्जाम क्रैक करते हो । और ये चारों 100–100 मार्क्स के पेपर्स होते हैं अतः कुल मिला के 400 मार्क्स का पेपर होता है जिसमें पास होने के लिए आपको हर सब्जेक्ट में 40+ मार्क्स और टोटल 200+ मतलब 50% से ज्यादा मार्क्स लाने होते है अगर ये दोनों क्राइटेरिया पूरा होता है तो आप इसमें पास हो जाते हैं।
2.सीए इंटरमीडिएट एग्जाम:_____
सीए इंटरमीडिएट में दो तरह से रजिस्ट्रेशन होता है जिसमें ——
एक तो फाउंडेशन रूट से ।
और दूसरा डायरेक्ट एंट्री रूट से।
फाउंडेशन रूट से रजिस्ट्रेशन करने के लिए पहले फाउंडेशन पास करना पड़ता है फिर उसके बाद सीए इंटरमीडिएट में रजिस्टर करते है जिसमें आपको अब 6 पेपर्स देने होते है ये 6 पेपर्स दो ग्रुप्स में होते हैं। जिनमें स्टूडेंट्स के पास ऑप्शन होता है चाहे वो दोनों ग्रुप (6 पेपर्स) साथ में दे या एक एक ग्रुप(3–3 पेपर्स) करके भी दे सकते हैं ।
इन 6 पेपर्स की बात करे तो ये कुछ इस तरह हैं—-
GROUP 1___
1. Advanced accounting
2. Corporate and other laws
3. Taxation
GROUP 2 __
4. Cost and management accounting
5. Auditing and ethics
6. Financial management (FM)and strategic management (SM)
ये सभी सब्जेक्ट्स भी 100–100 मार्क्स के होते हैं जिनमें से 30 मार्क्स का पेपर MCQ पार्ट रहता है और बचे हुए 70 मार्क्स का सब्जेक्टिव पेपर होता है इसका भी passing criteria फाउंडेशन एग्जाम के जैसा होता है ।
50% से ज्यादा मार्क्स हर ग्रुप में होने चाहिए और दोनों ग्रुप है तो दोनों का मिला के 50% से ज्यादा।
मतलब अगर आपने 600 मार्क्स के पेपर में 300+ मार्क्स लाते है और हर सब्जेक्ट में 40+ मार्क्स हैं आपके तो आप इसमें पास हैं।
अगर आप एग्जाम में fail हैं पर,
किसी सब्जेक्ट में 60+ मार्क्स हैं तो उसमें exemption मिल जाती है मतलब अब आपको अगली बार जब पेपर लिखना है तो उस सब्जेक्ट का पेपर नहीं देना क्योंकि अब आप उसमें पास हो और अब सिर्फ बाकी के बचे हुए सब्जेक्ट्स ही लिखने है।
अब अगर हम बात करे डायरेक्ट एंट्री रूट की तो इसमें वो स्टूडेंट्स जाते है जिन्होंने फाउंडेशन न दिया हो और ग्रेजुएट हो तो ऐसे स्टूडेंट्स डायरेक्ट एंट्री के through सीए में इंटरमीडिएट के एग्जाम के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन करते हैं।
रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रोसेस में अंतर ह
ोता है बाकी सारा प्रोसेस same होता है दोनो में।
अब आप इस एग्जाम के दोनों ग्रुप्स को क्लियर करके आर्टिकल शिप के लिए eligible हो जाते हैं। इसके लिए आपको किसी सीए फर्म में जाकर 2 साल तक ट्रेनिंग करनी होती है जिसमें आप बहुत कुछ सीखते है।
3. सीए फाइनल एग्जाम ___
Article ship के साथ साथ आपको अपने सीए फाइनल एग्जाम की तैयारी भी करनी रहती है । इस समय आपको ट्रेनिंग और पढ़ाई साथ साथ मैनेज करना होता है । इसमें भी इंटर की तरह दो ग्रुप्स होते है और प्रत्येक में 3–3 सब्जेक्ट्स।
सीए फाइनल एग्जाम के सब्जेक्ट्स सीए इंटर से थोड़े अलग होते है जो कि –––––
1. Financial Reporting
2. Advanced Financial Management
3. Advanced Auditing, Assurance and Professional Ethics
4. Direct Tax Laws & International Taxation
5. Indirect Tax Laws
Part I: Goods and Services Tax
Part II: Costumes & FTP
6. Integrated Business Solutions (Multidisciplinary Case Study with Strategic Management)
सीए फाइनल एग्जाम क्रैक करने के बाद आपको ICAI की तरफ से सीए की डिग्री मिल जाती है । अब आप जॉब के लिए अप्लाई करके कही भी जॉब कर सकते हो । और सीए इंस्टीट्यूट भी कैंपस प्लेसमेंट्स लाता है वहां भी आप जॉब के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हो ।
Both group या सिंगल ग्रुप ____
सीए में आप चाहे तो दोनों ग्रुप या एक एक करके भी एग्जाम दे सकते हैं।
पर क्या आप जानते हैं कि दोनों ग्रुप साथ देने से क्या फायदा होता है ??
अगर नहीं ।
तो आइए जानते हैं। सीए में दोनों ग्रुप एक साथ देना बेनिफिशल होता है चाहे वो सीए इंटरमीडिएट एग्जाम हो या फिर सीए फाइनल एग्जाम।
अगर आप दोनों ग्रुप्स साथ में देते हैं तो इसके कई सारे फायदे है जैसे कि
1. अगर आपने दोनों ग्रुप्स एक साथ दिया है और सिर्फ एक ग्रुप ही पास कर पाए और दूसरे में 150 से कम मार्क्स आए हैं और दूसरे में 150+ हैं मतलब दोनों मिला के 300+ हो रहे है और हर सब्जेक्ट में 40+ मार्क्स हैं ,तो आप दोनों ग्रुप्स में पास कर दिए जाते हो।
2. दोनों ग्रुप्स एक साथ दिए हैं तो article ship के लिए आपको अच्छी फर्म या बिग 4 भी मिल जाती हैं जहां आपको अच्छी फैसिलिटी और अच्छा काम सीखने को मिलता है।
3. अब आप दोनों ग्रुप्स साथ में और फर्स्ट अटेम्प्ट में क्लियर किए हैं तो आपको अच्छी अच्छी कंपनीज हायर कर लेती है आपको अच्छी सैलरी के साथ अच्छी जॉब भी मिल जाती है।
Now let us know what is the process of becoming a CA and where to start from —-
To become a CA, first of all you should be 10th pass out because only after high school you can register in CA course and start your preparation.
There are three stages of CA exam ——-
1. CA Foundation (CA CPT)
2. CA Intermediate (IPCC)3. CA Final Exam
Let us know about all these one by one step by step ––····––
1. CA Foundation:____
First of all you have to give CA Foundation exam, for this you either have given 12th exam or are going to give it, you can register for it. You should have 50% marks in 12th only then you will be eligible. There are total four papers (subjects) in it, Accounting, Business Laws, Maths-Stat-LR and Business Economics, by studying which you crack the exam. And all these four papers are of 100 marks each, so the total paper is of 400 marks. To pass this, you have to get 40+ marks in each subject and total 200+ i.e. more than 50% marks. If both these criteria are fulfilled then you pass it.
2.CA Intermediate Exam:_____
There are two ways of registration in CA Intermediate, in which ——
One is through the Foundation route.
And the other is through the Direct Entry route.
To register through the Foundation route, first you have to pass the Foundation and then you can register for CA Intermediate in which you have to give 6 papers. These 6 papers are in two groups. In which students have the option to give both the groups (6 papers) together or they can give each group (3-3 papers).
If we talk about these 6 papers, they are something like this—-
GROUP 1___
1. Advanced accounting
2. Corporate and other laws
3. Taxation
GROUP 2 __
4. Cost and management accounting
5. Auditing and ethics
6. Financial management (FM)and strategic management (SM)
All these subjects are also of 100-100 marks, out of which 30 marks paper is MCQ part and the remaining 70 marks is subjective paper, its passing criteria is also similar to the foundation exam.
There should be more than 50% marks in each group and if there are two groups, then the combined marks of both should be more than 50%.
Meaning if you score 300+ marks in a 600 marks paper and you have 40+ marks in each subject, then you have passed in it.
If you fail in the exam but have 60+ marks in any subject then you get exemption in that which means that next time when you have to write the paper then you do not have to give the paper of that subject because now you have passed in that and now you have to write only the remaining subjects.
Now if we talk about the direct entry route then those students go in it who have not given foundation and are graduates, then such students register for CA intermediate exam through direct entry.
There is a difference in the registration process, rest of the process is same in both.
Now you become eligible for article ship by clearing both the groups of this exam. For this you have to go to any CA firm and do training for 2 years in which you learn a lot.
3. CA Final Exam ___
Along with article ship, you also have to prepare for your CA final exam. At this time you have to manage training and studies together. In this also like intermediate, there are two groups and 3-3 subjects in each.
The subjects of CA final exam are slightly different from CA inter which are –––––
1. Financial Reporting
2. Advanced Financial Management
3. Advanced Auditing, Assurance and Professional Ethics

After cracking the CA final exam, you get a CA degree from ICAI. Now you can apply for a job anywhere by applying for a job. And CA institute also brings campus placements, you can apply for a job there too.
Both group or single group ____
In CA, if you want, you can give the exam in both groups or one by one.
But do you know what is the benefit of giving both groups together??
If not.
So let’s know. It is beneficial to give both the groups together in CA, whether it is CA Intermediate Exam or CA Final Exam.
If you give both the groups together then it has many advantages like
1. If you have given both the groups together and could pass only one group and in the second you have got less than 150 marks and in the other you have 150+, meaning both together are 300+ and you have 40+ marks in each subject, then you are passed in both the groups.
2. If you have given both the groups together then you also get good firms or Big 4 for article ship where you get good facilities and learn good work.
3. Now if you have cleared both the groups together and in the first attempt, then good companies hire you, you get a good job along with good salary.
